Isabella Center Residents Receive Vaccine

“Hope in a bottle” That’s how our Chief Operating Officer and Administrator of Isabella Center described the COVID-19 vaccine. You could hear lots of clapping and cheering in the auditorium as our MJHS frontline heroes and Isabella residents received their first vaccine shot.

Our first Isabella residents to receive the vaccine were William and Rosaline, and they received their shots simultaneously! They met in college and have been married for more than 50 years. William was a psychologist and Rosaline was an educator, and they now enjoy retirement life together at Isabella Center.

The vaccine marks a momentous time during this pandemic, and your support of our COVID-19 Emergency Response Fund has made a tremendous difference. Because of MJHS donors like you, we have been able to equip our staff with personal protective equipment (PPE) that is essential to ensuring that our patients and residents, like William and Rosaline, are safe and continue to receive the care that they need.

Please consider making a gift today so we can continue to battle COVID-19 and keep our community safe.
