Support programs that provide frail and elderly members of our community a better quality of life.

When loved ones can no longer live safely on their own, they can count on Isabella Center for Rehabilitation and Nursing Care. The skilled nursing center offers a home away from home, medical and emotional support, specialized programs, a stimulating social environment, and a community they will grow to love. 

But as a not-for-profit skilled nursing center that primarily cares for residents living on Medicaid–we rely on government funding. Unfortunately, reimbursement levels have not kept up, and we need your help.

Many of the high-quality programs and services we currently provide, like video calls, art and music therapy, are not reimbursed. As a result, we rely on the generosity of individual donors as well as private foundations.

As a mission-driven, not-for-profit organization, the basics have never been enough for us. Our residents have always received so much more — a life filled with joy, compassionate and respectful care, as well as the opportunity to connect with family and friends.
