Your gift helps ensure that all families have access to compassionate, supportive care programs, including:

• Culturally connected end-of-life care which addresses the unique needs of Holocaust survivors, veterans, and members of the LGBTQ+ community, among others
• Creative Arts Therapy which helps patients and family members express emotions through legacy building and memory making
• Pastoral Care which guides patients and families through the spiritual and emotional needs that arise at the end of life
• Additional home health aide hours for family caregivers facing crisis and limited resources
• Extended bereavement support to help families prepare, grieve, and heal after the loss of a loved one
