Inspired by Nature, Supported by You
Our residents in the Memory Care Residence at our Menorah Center are feeling inspired by the flowers, trees, and ocean views this summer, and they are creating bright and colorful artwork to show! Because of generous donations from grateful families and the community, we can provide residents with dementia Creative Art Therapy, which is not covered by insurance.
Art and other creative therapies are fun for our residents and help them manage their anxiety and helps reduce agitation. Creating art is very calming and helps them engage and connect with others as they share what inspired their art design.
